Received codes, product scope and discontinued referrals
| Code / offer | Observed benefit and limits | Official source | Reviewed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Redeem an officially supplied code | Go to User account, open Promo codes, enter the received code and select Redeem. The documentation does not publish a reusable public code string. | Official source | |
| Validity and product scope | The account table displays expiry, applicable product and remaining credit. Cloud credits apply to Cloud products; Storage credits apply to Storage products. No universal amount or expiry is asserted. | Official source | |
| Account and invoice restrictions | Each code can be used once per account and is non-transferable. Credits apply automatically to future invoices; prior billing periods are not eligible. | Official source | |
| Old referral links — discontinued | The official Cloud FAQ says the former referral-credit program has ended; participation is no longer possible, even with an old referral link. | Official source |
Hetzner renewal promo code: use account-specific invoice credits
Official code documentation describes product-scoped credits applied to future invoices, not a universal renewal discount. A public renewal code and refund entitlement were not verified. Official renewal evidence, checked 2026-10-13.
How to use the official offer
Use only a code supplied by Hetzner and inspect the account table before relying on it. Do not treat an old referral link as an active offer.
Unconfirmed: individual eligibility, successful redemption, remaining availability and final charges. A rebuild does not re-verify this manual snapshot.
